The engines torque has an impact on the speed rating and this will need to be taken in to consideration.

A load rating of 95 is 690kg per wheel so the vehicle weight should be no more than
4 x 690kg = 2760kg

Some Renaults and Saabs have a higher load index than the weight of the car needed because the suspension is set up this way, so always check your tyres or hand book.
